Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, hosted on the Podia platform, including digital content, physical goods, courses, events and memberships. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Digital Products (e-books, downloads, audio, courses)

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in accordance with UK consumer law.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that:

  • you gain immediate access to the product, and

  • you lose the legal right to cancel once access is provided.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please contact us at info@sf.charity and we will assist promptly.


2. Physical Goods

If we offer physical items (such as books or printed materials), the following applies:

2.1 Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused,

  • in its original condition, and

  • returned at your cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund, including return postage.

Please include photographs where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.


3. Event Tickets, Courses and Memberships

3.1 Live Events

Tickets for live or online events may be refundable up to 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise stated.
After this period, refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled or materially altered.

3.2 Courses and Programmes

Courses delivered as digital content follow the rules for digital products above.

3.3 Memberships and Subscriptions

If you cancel a recurring subscription, future payments will stop immediately.
Refunds are not issued for previous billing periods already received.


4. Donations

Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of administrative error.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact: info@sf.charity
Please include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • details of the issue

  • photographs (if relevant)

We aim to respond within 5 business days.


6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
