Our mission is to use storytelling, folklore and cultural heritage to support mental health, education and intercultural understanding.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

upload or transmit harmful code, malware or disruptive content;
use the Site in a way that may harm other users or the organisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
All content on the Site, including text, images, audio, video, graphics, digital products, course materials, and publications (“Content”), is owned by The Scheherazade Foundation CIC or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any Content without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by law.
Digital downloads, courses or publications purchased from us are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
We may offer books, digital downloads, courses, event tickets or memberships for purchase. All payments are processed securely via Podia or trusted third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).
By making a purchase, you confirm that:
you are authorised to use the chosen payment method;
the information you provide is accurate;
you understand that digital products are delivered electronically.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect completed purchases.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available in the website footer.
Digital products are typically non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where required by UK consumer law.
All donations made to The Scheherazade Foundation CIC are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of clear administrative error.
Unrestricted donations will be applied to the Foundation’s general charitable activities in accordance with our mission.
Restricted donations will be used for the project or purpose designated by the donor. If that project becomes fully funded, unviable or materially changes, we may redirect funds to the closest related charitable purpose to ensure they continue to support our mission.
We may provide general updates on the progress of programmes supported by donations. Donors do not acquire any rights over project decision-making, intellectual property or organisational governance as a result of making a donation.
Donation receipts may be provided upon request. Donors are responsible for determining their own tax eligibility for relief or deductibility.
Where donations are made through external providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Prism the Gift Fund), those providers may apply their own terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
If you create an account (for courses, memberships or downloads):
you must keep your login details confidential;
you are responsible for all activity associated with your account;
we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or contain inappropriate, harmful or unlawful content.
This Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:
their content;
their privacy practices;
any loss or damage arising from their use.
Use of third-party services is at your own discretion, and you should review their terms separately.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
